Site layout remains stable constant while the architectural style and building the desired density change. Terms of buildings on the site which should be adjusted from time to time, it is because the density grows in the surrounding area. Today heterogeneous urbanistic situation requires space limit on the one hand, it is toward Nikolaiplatz, and significant free-form on the other hand, it is toward Entenplatz. Technical and economical arerequirements architect to design a building, because town planning is very complex, quiet and reduced, but at the same time solitaire aesthetics dominate. This building is a sculpture through its simplicity.
