Renovation Loft Interior Design Project by Frédéric Flanquart

A loft building renovation projects damaged by a fire made by Frédéric Flanquart by applying the concept of a combination of interior design each room. An ancient form of attic and visible love of interior design combined with modern style combined with the lighting system to make it look elegant and attractive. The outlook of this area is turned really fast into a crazy challenge: the design and achieve a shell-free space with- as reference marks- only half-burned out staircase- leading to the lower level-, a huge scaffolding structure is used as a roof and a 360° view over Paris. The architect client is wanted something new, ambitious and creative, in order to turn over a new leaf after 10 years spent at the loft.

With the idea of a quiet and relaxing place during the day switching to a genuine place of the mystery and pleasure at night, the architect came up pretty quickly. The dream came true 18 months later, on December 31st, and the leaf naturally turned over. A space where the filtered, aimed, tamed light designs the volume. The work of the lines highlights every detail, straight or slanting, geometrically random at times. The loft, a filled with emotions projects, combining complexity, simplicity and lightness.
